With everything going on in the world at the moment, it seems like we’re constantly arguing with one another. Whether it’s politics, sports or the pandemic that’s currently got the world in its grasp, it seems like we’re always butting heads.

One thing we can pretty much agree on though, is that almost all of us love a good pizza. It’s one of those rare foods that, no matter what your background, people from all walks of life love nothing more than to settle down with a nice slice.

Udi’s is a company from Denver, Colorado that first opened over 25 years ago, beginning life as a chain of café’s.

In 2008 they changed their mission and began focusing solely on producing gluten free products. Founder Udi Baron felt that as almost 10% of American’s were either coeliac sufferers or gluten intolerant, there should be more choice for them than the current options on the market, which he believed “tasted terrible”.

Since then the company has exploded, both in size and popularity, due to the wide variety of great tasting gluten free options they produce.

In addition to the gluten free pizza we are looking at, they also produce a range including mug cakes, cookies and granola, which are all completely gluten free.

Not only is it the cheapest gluten free pizza I came across, it also shines in every other category. In fact, if it wasn’t limited to just two varieties, it would be giving Udi’s a run for their money.

Great tasting, highly reviewed by critics and customers alike and incredible value, there’s no reason not to give this a try.

So, while it’s hard to find a “bad pizza”, struggling with a gluten intolerance may mean you have to avoid even the good ones to keep yourself healthy.
